Once I purchase a digital book, will it always be available?

Yes. There is no expiry date on your digital book. It cannot be lost or stolen. Our purchasing system will allow you up to 30 days to complete the download of your digital book, and you can download the digital book up to five times within those 30 days without additional support.
If you have lost your digital book and your download period has expired, you can still contact us for support. We keep a record of all purchases of digital books. If you have purchased a digital book from us and need to download it again, just contact us and we will make it available to you. Email us at bridge@bridgeshop.com with any problems regarding your digital book.
