The reality is most parcels arrive within the time window we give but occasionally take longer due to all sorts of reasons (weather, strikes or another unpredictable reason). Very few parcels ever really get lost, they sometimes just take a bit longer to arrive than we would like. The estimated timeframes for delivery provided by us by our logisitic partners are the best guide they can provide but are not always 100% accurate.
If you are concerned about delays in receiving your order, please use the tracking number we provide you (where applicable) or contact our support team. The Bridge Shop will be more than happy to partially/fully credit your delivery costs as long as the fault is a service failure on our part. We're not liable to credit delivery costs in circumstances out of our control (even we can't control the postal service).
