What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We hope that never happens but if it does - no need to worry.

If part or all of your order is damaged in transit, give us a call on +61 2 9967 0644 or email us via support@bridgeshop.com.au. We'll replace it in a jiffy.

In most cases we'll work with you to send back the damaged goods (at our expense). This is for quality control purposes.
